A short film by Genndy Tartakovsky animated in the 'Primal' style showing just how hated Polyphemus is among the other Cyclops on account of his tendency to steal from and start fights with them and interfere with their seasonal sea serpent hunts that take place along the island's beaches. Following his blinding and Odysseus' escape, he's finished off by a vengeful sea serpent much to the savage delight of his neighbors.

The Tiger

Richard is a hunter seeking a tiger trophy. A local warns him that if he tries to shoot one, he will regret it. Richard ignores the warning and goes on the hunt. He tries to shoot a tiger, but the animal locks eyes with him, and Richard feels something strange come over him. Back at home, he finds himself becoming the very animal he tried to kill.

Then Steven and his daughter, Clara, arrive in the city and open up a civic center to help the needy. Before long, there's a series of animal attacks throughout the city, and it doesn't seem like it's going to stop. Richard finds that the wolves only seem to be targeting businesses and people with money and power. He discovers that the animals are actually the needy in wolf form, and they are using their animal form to punish those they see as causing or profiting off the gap between rich and poor. Meanwhile, Steve and Clara are simply taking advantage of these people to increase the pack so they can gain power and wealth for themselves.

Richard, though fearing his tiger form, uses it to fight against the pack. In the end, he faces the alpha, Steve, in a fight to the death. He wins, and Clara is torn apart by the pack when they realize they've been used as pawns the whole time. These people then turn to Richard for guidance in what to do.

The Crystal Circle, a superhero cartoon series from 2003 that takes heavy inflyence from Power Rangers, though it has taken more then a few potshots at the latter franchise, mocking the camp cheapness of it versus the more serious and creative style you can get with animation.

Happy Hilda

One day two kids were lost in the woods after being chased by a bully, and then met Hilda, a witch who became their friend. Hilda loves to use her spells to mess with people, especially those she thinks deserves it. She is aided by her pet, a talking, sarcastic crow named Corvus, a gentle natured troll that can shapeshift, and a living puppet that likes to sing. The usual targets of her magic are a king and greedy businessman named Bridgeport, the vain and unlady like Lady Sallis, and a forest ogre that really needs a bath. Her most remembered episode was Bakers Dozen, based on the legend of why a baker's dozen is 13.

Petrified, an animated retelling of the Perseus myth where she reveals to Ovid her backstory of beimg punished by Athena for something out of her control and efforts to survive in a very Patriarchal society that won't give up its power to others. Notable for being shot in a mocxkumentary format similar to The Hunting Grounds and framing Ovid as an intrepid reporter who wants accountability from the Olympians.

"A nasty old rich lady and her servants she mistreats get stuck in a small town as punishment for something bad she did to it, but she manages to redeem herself during her stay in everyone else's eyes just in time for her death; basically Driving Miss Daisy meets Doc Hollywood"
