Black King vs Ultraman is almost guaranteed to happen first thing since the latter is nearly identical to Ultraman Jack and Titanosaurus being here just means Showa Godzilla's gonna have to deal with an old foe first. Meanwhile, Gamera is left to contend with not just the EVAs but also Gaira and the Gotengo although I don't think the latter 2 are going to be doing much in this battle since Titanosaurus is the only real threat my team has to contend with from the filler. Then there is the obvious fact that Asuka and Shinji have experience teaming together and will use that to double-team just about anyone from the beginning.

Man this is a tough one.

While I do concur that Godzilla vs. Titanosaurus will happen again, same with Ultraman vs. Black King, I believe that all around I actually have a decent advantage just due to all of my fighters being able to fight in this environment quite well. Gaira I don't see being an issue here, the Gotengo will have both teams being worried as it is the most worrisome third party member but I believe that with team work and experience on my side I can come on top.

The Evas are capable of being in immense pressure including underwater but they are much slower under those conditions and on a limited time. Ultraman has a similar issue but less so due to having more ways in order to gain victory with powers, Godzilla and Gamera being natural swimmers also helps. Titanosaurus will be taken down eventually by Godzilla or once Gamera or Ultraman step in to aid, simply due to experience and in the film they seemed pretty even for the most part (the biggest issue was Mechagodzilla acting as a jumping during their fist fight, which I suppose the Gotengo is here) but all around I have confidence I can win this

In a normal head-to-head, Logan would comfortably take this. Ultraman will waste a lot of his time failing to beat Black King, while Godzilla and Gamera are just outclassed by Shinji and Asuka.

The arena helps Bacon out a lot though. Ultraman is smart enough to try and push Black King into the water, where he might not be able to swim. Godzilla and Gamera are pretty comfortable in the water, whereas the EVAs are severely hampered under there. The sea denizens will also draw out the fight, presenting more opportunities for Logan's team to get sent into the water.

The EVA timers are a double-edged sword. Since Unit 02 ain't allowed to go Berserk, Asuka's out after 5 minutes, but Berserk Unit 01 proved itself quite agile when needed. I don't know if that will be enough if it gets sent underwater though, especially since Bacon's got flyers to play evasive if need-be.

There is only one way I can see Black King getting put down, and that's if Ultraman uses his Ultra Psychokinesis, the same move he pulled on Keylla. On the tiny chance he uses it, Black King could die, but seeing as though Man has only used the technique once, it's highly unlikely.

Bacon's team otherwise should be pretty good matches for the Evas, and quite possibly even have the advantage. I'd be willing to wager Showa Godzilla outright overpowers the Evas and might if he uses 110% effort even throw hands with Berserk Shinji. Along with Gamera's firepower, the Evas could get put down. And Bacon would be so close to victory, which makes it all the sadder because Black King effectively just steel-walls for Logan.

*checks the arena*

Oh, I genuinely did not see this until I'd typed all that out. This changes a ton, so much so that I'm actually changing sides to lean Bacon here. Godzilla can swim, Gamera and Ultraman can both fly (and swim too I'm sure). The Evas... watching Episode 8 for the duration of the underwater fight 02 was still connected to a cable and only escaped the water because the explosion that killed Ghagiel literally shot it out of the water. So, if they get knocked off, they might be in trouble.

I am positive Black King cannot swim. He's a heavy, dopey monster who is already rather clumsy and his physiology is really not suited to a swimmer in the way Godzilla is. I can honestly see him drowning, and if not, just sink to the bottom of the ocean.

Logan's generally stronger team can still take this in some scenarios, but the arena tilts this towards Bacon's squad.
