Fingers crossed*! Hold out hope for both MechaniKong sculpts.

He showed off the painted Ebirah. I might double dip. I like the up tailed sculpt a bit more but I can vaguely think this is a more FW inspired color palette. Gunna need it for when the FW monsters come out.

Final box got held up for a day and should be here Monday - curses! It's carrying the YMSF Rodan and the reissued open mouth Gabara with traffic cone yellow hair.

Edit: Spoke too soon. Ebirah up for order and it seems to match the previous one. I kinda liked the black spray highlights. Still double dipped. I like the tail bend. Also limited number of Manda's made only 8 of the LONG version. Let's see if I managed to get one in time.

Y-MSF should be pushing out their Comic Colors BioGoji soon. They said that last week but the fact they are shown bagged and fully painted leads me to make that astute assumption!

Pics whenever they go up and arrive with my other haul from earlier this month for sure. Assuming EMS doesn't forget the package for like 2 weeks then it dies in USA Customs for another week. Someone will beat me to it probably They also have blank cream'e color molds for FWZilla and FWHedorah. I don't think they are release products but probably more color test shots or possibly unpainted releases. Something similar as well as he received in the smaller Hedorah molds in black, for next month along with the first wave of Chibis.

Eyes to the sky for me I guess, i'm sitting fingers crossed that Remolded Gigan (Chainsaw Gigan) gets a prototype soon and that sparks him to design the Monster X that's been taunting me on their website.

Apparently Dark Horse Godzilla sold extremely well and is down to like 10 Closed and 5 Figures open mouth after day 1. Heisei best era confirmed?

Good to hear they all moved fast. Something of note, could be coincidence, but someone mentioned how YMS-F should bulk release figures at certain times of the month to save on shipping. It seems they might be doing adopting that schedule, which works for me! The more money saved on shipping the more I can hemorrhage on YMS-F's! Just speculation but a random observation. We'll see in the coming months.

I caved and bought myself a comic Godzilla as well. I was a little hesitant since I really was not impressed with the sculpt when it was first unveiled, but I think the paint had a lot to due with it. Color scheme came out really nice on this one (nicer than the Neo Hedorah last year, wasn't a fan of how it turned out and passed on it). The sculpt might look a little off from the side, but I'm hoping it looks better in person. Either way, it looks fantastic head-on, so I couldn't pass it up. I mean, who else is going to give us a Dark Horse Godzilla figure?

This'll be the first Y-MSF I've gotten in a few years now, looking forward to it.

I love this guy! Yeah, the jaw/neck is a little off, but the rest of the figure, both the body sculpt and paint, more than make up for it in my eyes. Bigger than I thought, too, which is nice. Looks good with any given Bandai vinyl, and the colors definitely make it stand out in a crowd. Highly doubt we'll ever get a proper comic Godzilla from anyone else, so I am grateful to have been able to grab it when I did. Very happy with this one!

My artist is nearly finished with my Shin Hedorah. Super stoked for it.


She gave it glowing paint for the eyes, which to me looks more accurate. Havent seen the movie in a while but I seem to remember his eyes feeling very radient.
