Ultimately leaning Kiryu, only because Shin lacks a kaiju with true killing power to handle strong kaiju like Gomora.

My team takes this for having overall better fighters. Gomora and Gorosaurus can take just about everyone on Shin's team 1v1, and Warbat's constriction/suffocation technique will be quite useful in helping with taking out fighters. Zigra's paralyzing laser is a big help here too, with Zilla, Ebirah, and Indoraptor having the physicals (and intellect in Indo's case) to further aid in taking out Shin's team.

Zilla, Ebirah, and the Indoraptor are just a bunch of chumps who will die horribly no matter who they fight. As for Showa Gomora, I don’t know what he’s capable of, but Gorosaurus and the Warbat will be harder cookies to crumble.

Gomora beat Showa Ultraman in a 1v1, granted, Ultraman didn't use any of his energy attacks.

And Zigra's got a Paralysis Ray that is practically unavoidable, everyone on Shin's team isn't exactly great when it comes to avoiding attacks. So hypothetically Zigra could just spam his Paralysis Ray to engulf multiple kaiju since he paralyzed four humans in one shot.
