Verdict: Leaning Soundwave here, mainly because of how durable Primeverse transformers can be, and Soundwave was no exception, especially not when he was tanking shots from Wheeljack, one of great skill and decent power, but Soundwave can also use Laserbeak, which makes for a good distraction against other foes. King Joe Black's arm cannon might be a solid weapon, but when he starts using it in melee, Soundwave can easily dodge like he did against Wheeljack's swords, when in ranged combat, KJB might do some decent damage, but I doubt it will be enough. Not to mention one of Soundwave's tentacle-like things was able to lift Wheeljack with no trouble whatsoever.
