Verdict: Since EVA 01 has all those weapons, I find myself leaning Shinji here, while Unit 01 lacks the durability that G21 has, it has speed and intelligence to outplay Godzilla, not to mention having an A.T Field, and if all else fails, it can go berserk.

I think by making sense the false names actually represent the fighters. Like Dessy vs SpaceG iirc Dessy represented a crab whilst SpaceG represented something. That's what kind of making sense they mean. The fighter titles are symbolic.

So say, Jaeger vs Lizard for instant would make a lot more sense for this match than the current title.
