Verdict:
Big O and Leugocyte are both incredibly strong mecha and kaiju respectively and both are tough cookies too. Big O should likely be better in melee as Leugocyte doesn't engage in it as effectively mostly swinging his tentacles around. Leugocyte's multiple Genesis Requiem attacks could likely damage Big O's defenses but the rest likely will not. A lot of moves require him to stand still according to my research, which is bad with an attack that breaks through defenses like Zeppandon's and Grand King Ghidorah's as discussed before in fantasy matches. Big O won't make it easy, but Leugocyte is likely to come out on top.
