Raymond Burr was a fine actor but I think there are more deserving actors in the Godzilla film history. Off the top of my head I would choose Takashi Shimura or Akihiko Hirata.

It could happen in a western-produced film.

1. It could be a good visual. I can see Gigan's eye moving back and forth to select his first target.
2. If it serves as a significant point to the storyline, yes.
3. Graphene has a number of potential ways I could see it used against kaiju. It'd like to see it done.
4. Depending on the story, any kind of character can be done. A construction worker might be useful in a situation where people are trapped in a crumbling structure, and he/she has the equipment to perform the rescue.

1. Perhaps play the Ghidorahs as good, but not concerned with human life. That way they could be both good and dangerous.
2. That makes Hedorah a threat to both man and kaiju. It could work.
3. I don't think that's wise. The two franchises have different tones that wouldn't work together.

I had a dream that involved a giant hand attacking a museum. For your question, that's an interesting idea that I'd like to see. If it could teleport, that would make it even harder to stop.
