Megatron from Transformers, as stated before the origin of IDW Megatron is pretty good along with his comic appearances. He is also pretty great in other media, especially with the cool factor of the giant arm cannon. The arm cannon is a bit nostalgic.

There are more than a few, but if were to narrow it down. I'd give to MLP's Queen Chrysalis and TMNT's Shredder

They both bring a special air to me whenever they're on screen. Both being threatening in their own ways but also bring something more to the table (Comedy, world building, colorful banter with the heroes, ect.).

I just can relate to him. I have a smile on my face in any situation and laugh in the wrong time and place like when my aunt came over to tell us our uncle died, I burst into a frenzy of laughter, not being disrespectful in anyway but it just sounded funny the form she said it in.
