The True Arena: Kirby Super Star Ultra/Kirby's Return to Dreamland.
What's worse than having to face a lot of bosses consecutively in The Arena?
Well, the True Arena makes you face a lot of POWERED UP bosses consecutively, a secret final boss, and another secret boss thrown in there somewhere.
Oh, and you can't die once. If you die, you go all the way back to the beginning. Also, limited life power-ups so you can't really heal in between battles.
Good luck...

Mission 20 on the PR mobile game and Arkham Origins Worst Nightmare. The PR game had me kill THREE Cat III kaiju all in less than 3 minutes and 15 seconds. The kaiju were Onibaba, Otachi, and Onibaba. The first two were easy, but the third one always made me go over. For some reason, the kaiju changed to two Mutavores and Trespasser, still Cat III. I beat them in 1 minute and 30 seconds. Now I'm saving up for Striker to beat Mission 31 and 32, the last two missions.
As for Batman, I had to KO three thugs with a propane tank. I knocked out four (the last one is interrogated) and used the Disruptor to knock their guns out and I used a smoke pellet to blind them. However, they weren't close enough for three to be knocked out. When they could see, they killed me with their machine guns and shotgun. I tried like 200 times and failed. I stopped trying that challenge.

The freaking floor puzzle in Pokemom Emerald is the most annoying thing in gaming history. If you fall through any of these holes, you'll have to do it again. And hope you stockpiled on some repels! Because it is so annoying going back to the door, thinking you're going to beat it until a stupid Sableye or Golbat appear and wastes more of your time! It wouldn't have been as much of a problem if you hadn't have went there before and the puzzle wasn't even there the first time! Why is it there now?! The only redeemable thing about this is that you can catch Rayquaza and he's one bad motherfucker.

Have you ever made a decision in a strategy game that you thought was unimportant, but later came back to bite you in the ass? In Dawn of War Soulstorm with the Ultimate Apocalypse mod, I was playing as the Tyranids in a FFA against Chaos, Space Marines and the Orks. Chaos proves to be a minor annoyance to me and they get killed off by either the Orks or Spacemarines early in the game. The Orks prove to be a gigantic pain in the dick so I focus 100% of my efforts on exterminating them. My Bio-turrets would fire on the occasional Space Marines who happened to come across them, unbeknown to me that they where expanding aggressively while I was busy with the Orks. Of course, I was already preoccupied so I chose to ignore the Space Marine's activities.

Finally when I launch my final assault on the Orks consisting of Carnifexes, a Trygon, Termagaunts and Genestealers, GUESS WHO SHOWS UP? The Space Marines with all of their high end vehicles and infantry. The whole time they've been teching up and then came in to steamroll the already crippled Orks while I pull my forces out of the area. Before I could retaliate, the Space Marines where already up my ass and wiped out my base. I managed to sneak some Rippers out during the attack and gave them a Hormagaunt and Termagaunt escort. I fled my base with the intent of setting up another elsewhere, however then I realized just how much the Space Marines spread: they literally controlled the entire map. So naturally, my exodus fails and I get my ass kicked.

TL:DR

I lost because I chose not to take out the Space Marines first thus giving them the opportunity to increase in strength.

In WWE'2K15 Showcase Mode, when you play as Alberto Del Rio, CM Punk keeps reversing the Cross Arm Breaker. It was so frustrating, I was tempted to break my own arm. (Just joking of course)

Long ago, during the reign of Pokemon crystal version, I was running through that woodland area with my Feraligator, just trying to get by to the next town. Well, I'm running through the grass, and encounter a shiny Paris (Paras, spelling escapes me). I was stoked. So, I go to throw a ball: 6 poke, one net. Oh boy. The risk of it fleeing is also evident.

First ball no. I can't weaken it because it's level 6 and I'm around 32, having just evolved my Crawkinaw (holy God, spelling).

Second ball *wiggle, wiggle* nope

Third nothing

Fourth one

Fifth one

Sixth two

Net: two, then bust. Then I ran. It was a horrible experience that has haunted me to this day. I lost a shiny. There was also the time when I encountered a shiny Espeon at the battle tower, which was a kick below the belt.

welp, it might not be AS frustrating as the previous stuff I've mentioned, but the Battle Maison in ORAS is a notch above the one in X and Y in terms of BS, I swear. Trying to do Super Multi Battles, and I got to rank 39 before a Focus Sash'd Gengar with Hypnosis and Sludge Bomb ruined my chances. Since then, in the span of 30 battles, I've run across 9 more Sash'd Hypnosis Gengars, 5 Alakazams (Which outspeed everyone I have, BTW), 6 scarf'd Mr. Mimes (Yay Dazzling Gleam spam, Megamence and Megapedo LOVE it!), And 4 hypnosis Unfeazants, AND 8 Zoroarks that were masquerading as something Mence hates, so I'd swap into Metagross, only to get a Dark move to the face) URRRRRRRRRGH

AVP Marine Mission 4 and part of 5. When you have to escort Tequila to the emergency room, she's so skreeonking slow. You have to wait for her to catch up to advance.

Have any of you heard of a game called "Five Nights At Fuckboys"? (It doesn't involve sex)

In it, Freddy Fazbear has to destroy all the cameras in the pizzeria so that he can have a SUPER AWESOME PARTY!

So why am I telling you about it? It's hard as TITS!

To be specific, the last two cameras before the guard and a certain mechanic in the game are hard as TITS.

To explain, after you beat around two cameras, The Puppet appears in the men's bathroom and from then on you have to hope to GOD if every battle only lasts around five minutes or less because if you don't rewind the music box, The Puppet will sprint to you and fight you in a (I think) unwinnable battle. This, combined with the two cameras before the guard be extremely durable and constantly making them blind and stoned infuriates me.

And this is on the easiest difficulty! I don't want to think about the hardest difficulty.....
That fella that still exists for whatever reason.

Predators for iOS. Mission 27 is so hard I can't explain in words. You have to get the heads of the Tracker and Falconer. Shouldn't be too hard, right? Well, guess again! You have to fight them both AT THE SAME SKREEONKING TIME. To add to that, both fight like they did when you first fought them. We ain't done yet. The Tracker STILL brings his skreeonking hounds. Can someone please help?
I've got a Falconer Mask, Lvl 2 Razor Whip, and Lvl 3 Combi-Stick. The rest are Lvl 1.

The Escalation map "Ignition" for Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark.

Scrappers and Shotgunners.

Lots of them.

The Scrappers with their overpowered stun melee and the Shotgunners that usually come in squads of 3. Sometimes I've been put in situations where I have no escape. It doesn't help that the maps where ported over from Fall of Cybertron, except now all sections of the map are accessible rather than you having to save up points in-game to unlock the next area. This means that the enemies will spawn literally in every direction. This map is very close quarters too, so Scrappers and Shotgunners are especially deadly.

Though, at least it's not that one map where it's almost always Shotgunners. I swear that's probably where they train these assholes, that's probably why there's so damn many of them on that map.

The fourth warp room in Crash Bandicoot 2 is Frustrating as fuck so the fifth warp room is as hard but honestly I don't find that as fruastting as the fourth. The first level is easy as hell, the second one's not to hard and then after that it kicks into over drive. Fuck Cold Hard Crash and Fuck Ruination. Beehaving or what ever it's fucking called isn't as hard but those fucking two levels can go die in a hole.

Then there's the golf club mission in GTA Vice City, I wonder why I gave up on going on with the story for a week.

Honorable Mentions

Pokemon Diamond. Yep, Platinum shits all over it here's a tip Nintendo give Fast paced battles, cool music, More than two fire types, Non-Tedious leveling up = Good

Spike the second boss from Spyro 3 Year of the Dragon. You know the second boss is hard when most people who have played the game say it's harder than the final boss.

The Wrestlemania 24 Triple Threat Main Event from WWE 2K14's 30 Years of Wrestlemania. Winning the match isn't all that hard, getting the historical objectives while still winning is hard as fuck.

Chris Jericho vs Road Dogg in the off the script part of WWE 13's Attiude era mode. Powerbombing Road Dogg through the table is harder than insterting your whole fist in an Asian schoolgirl's ass hole.

Team Fortress 2 Mann vs Machine Mode with or without a good team it's frustrating as hell.

Abyssal armor is wussy mode. If you REALLY want a challenge, play the game without the armor and watch as you die in 3-4 hits from the tougher enemies. :P
Indeed. But as this is my fourth playthrough, I don't really have patience to slog through Dark Souls mode without some sort of advantage. At this point, I'm playing for fun until I get Darksiders 2 for Christmas.

Cortana was hard even on Normal. The Flood was so freaking annoying. I couldn't go anywhere without the Flood showing up. They even knocked me off the bridges when I was destroying those blue pillars (Forgot their name) to start the destruction of High Serenity!
