what are the restrictions on Digivolution? From my limited experience with Digimon, you can more or less take any digimon to any other form if you know what you're doing.

Also, is getting rid of the titles in bannersactuallybeing considered? I was honestly kind of surprised to see that. They're almost like.. the one remnant of the super early days that never changed.

If it is, it’d be the first I’ve heard of it. It’s just opinion gauging, it’d have to be overwhelming to accomplish something that far.

Not so much getting rid of titles, but incarnation distinction from the banner titles. It's very much more on the opinion side to gauge the audience to see and consider what should be taken into consideration moving forward.

Gotta say, while it's nice to see just how many new characters crossovers are giving us, I do hope the ones that got confirmed in the original World's Collide announcement debut sometime soon. Been a whole year and some change and the only ones from that batch that have arrived so far is Showa Gamera and Baltan. Granted, I'm not gonna act like I know stuff with them are written so maybe there's just not much in the pipeline yet?

Just not a lot in the pipeline and also we’re trying to clear out the backlogs so new matches in general can get posted more. Submissions are slow and staff is usually working on gigantic matches. I agree, seeing characters stick in announced for super long bugs me as well, but it’s how it is. They’ll debut in due time.

If it’s any consolation, he seems to be warming up to his new roommates! I think him being an ass here is meant to lead us into him developing to become a more righteous character in the future, like how Jack went from complete despair to the strong hero we know him as.

Ace, like Jack, and possibly other Ultras for this series, has an arc where he tries to be better. The point isn't to automatically be better, but to give them a starting point on how to do it.

Nonetheless, thank you all! I'm really glad you all like the match. It was a lot of work, but definitely worth it!

It did get confusing, for me at least, trying to track where they were, but I could’ve missed something.

I say I did care more for Rodan since we got to see more of his characterisation, the reasoning behind C-Rex’s action and the revelation the female Rodan’s death was an accident did feel kinda squashed in.
