You know what? Fuck those chibis. Fuck them right off this planet. They're goddamn unstoppable. For four points you get a rapid fire stun, revives, healing, and target division. It's ridiculous. Yes, Evolved Godzilla is way overpowered, but I'd rather fight him all day long than one of those duos.

Chibi Godzilla & Chibi Mechagodzilla, King Ghidorah 2001, BEAST Glove Kong, and Flying Gamera have done their best to make this game borderline unplayable.

imo, Gyaos is a really good counter to the Chibis... and most of Titano's listed units, other than Flying Gamera. If Chibis appear on the field, I tend to release Gyaos, train bomb the Chibis, and release my next hard-hitting unit(s) to trail behind the Gyaos. Doing this makes it so that when the Gyaos get close enough, it triggers Chibi MG's distraction skill (this doesn't activate unless units are within a certain distance), so it won't distract my supporting unit(s) trailing Gyaos. Chibis can also only target 1 Gyaos at a time, so the more of them there are, the easier the Chibis are to deal with.

Normal Gamera seems to be a good counter to Flying Gamera ironically.

It's interesting how Normal Gamera turns out to be a solid counter to Flying Gamera, despite the irony.

Gyaos have been a staple of my team send their debut. Great units. I'm leaning heavily into stun resistors at the moment. Ultraman, delta Goji 1954, Mothra 2019 to help the rest. I'm not really impressed by airborne Gamera, actually, and likely won't use him after the season ends. Even at the advanced rental levels there's better ways to spend 6 points.

Gyaos are fantastic and I wish I realized it sooner. At KOTM+ my Lvl 8 Gyaos was incredibly effective. Very solid unit that excels at being expendable fodder that grows in number and therefore strength each time it's deployed.

The next season apparently focuses on the version of Godzilla from the VR ride. Toho's bipolar with these seasons now.

What a fucking joke lol. How did we get this before Showa Godzilla, Baragon, Varan, etc? Of all the characters they could have picked in Toho's vast library, we got a diet Minus One from a ride a majority of us have probably never even been on.

Ghidorah, too, though I have to admit I like this one's style. No idea if it'll be viable for the game or not, but it's different and looks good.

I mean, to be fair, didn’t they announce at their big anniversary event this year that Varan and the Gargantuas are coming at some point? Yes we are getting these first doesn’t mean the others aren’t coming still.

Varan, the Gargantuas, and the Three Godzilla Brothers from Godziban were monsters that the... director? of the game personally wanted to see happen. Not guarantees, though.

Yeah, considering we have Chibi Godzilla in the game, I'm stunned there aren't any Godziban units in yet. Like, say, for example... Bagan oh pretty please pretty please?

Yeah I’m in this camp. Not a single Godzilla represented from any of the showa films outside of ‘54…. I’d actually like more non monster units… where the hell is gotengo and manda? Or the rest of the ROM units? I don’t hate the new units but I think there’s other kaiju/units that deserve a shot before these ones.

Starting understand how DBZ fans feel having 50 different Goku and Vegetas in their games.

Non monster units:
Super X 2 (ad a defense boost of some kind)
Super X 3: long range freeze
Godzilla Tower: stun with knock back
Electric Towers: a line of them dealing damage Ala G54, KKvG, etc
The electric panels from Hedorah, zaps units that come between them
The Gotengo, of course
Maser cannons (how have they not been introduced yet)

Showa Xilien Saucer: Carries a monster unit a little ways across the map in a bubble. Attacking the bubble just releases the monster early.

Fire Dragon: Remember the fireball of doom from Godzilla! Monster of Monsters? Basically that. Extinguishes after hitting and KOing an enemy unit. Can be OHKO'd by Freezing Sonde and Shimo.

Atomic Heat Ray: Basically the Markalite Cannon, but slightly smaller, and there's two of them. Maybe they generate a little ways apart, so they can attack targeted units from two different directions?

I don't think the Godzilla Tower needs a stun. Too many units have stuns these days, and some of them don't even make sense. I feel like the Super X2 needs a knock back effect, to represent the Fire Mirror. I like all the other ideas, though, especially the Electric Towers and the Panels from GvsHedorah. And yeah, where is the Gotengo?
