I'll have to leave it to those who can post photos, but pics of the flying 71 have popped up and it looks so fucking cool!

Yeah, I vibe with this one. Two characters for the price of one, good sculpt, and looks like it will pop on a shelf. I’m liking it.

It’ll be released 7/26 in Japan. I’m going to get it and the Aggregate Destoroyah. Amazing figure. Also doubles as the “battle damaged” 1971 we’ve wanted.

As long as they are sublines, I'm fine with it; well, kinda. I simply don't want them dragging out releases of basic characters like Showa Rodan, Manda, Mogeura, King Shisa, etc. as a result.Mechagigan wrote: ↑Mon Jun 30, 2025 8:16 pm Wow they're getting real creative with MMS, love to see it.

I mean I don't think it being a different line quite means that it would have it's own specific team on it so I think it's the same effect either way. That said I'd prefer this to a bunch of repaints.Gojirasaur wrote: ↑Mon Jun 30, 2025 8:47 pmAs long as they are sublines, I'm fine with it; well, kinda. I also feel like their releases are planned out pretty decently in advance so I don't think anything is getting "dragged out" in anyway that it wasn't already. Chances are they're keeping some monsters like that to put on their polls since they seem to like doing those.
He musta thought it was a gun!
I liked Giant Condor and Gabara before it was cool to just sayin.
Shadow arena record (5-3)

Oh to be clear, the Flying Godzilla seems to be listed on Amazon Japan, meaning it’s a wide release! Cool.
So now that we have an idea of what this line will be (random but iconic moments), anyone want to guess what tiger figures we’ll get?
My guess is drop kick 1973 Godzilla, maybe.

Oh man, tail slide kicking Godzilla would be an insta-buy for sure!!LSD Jellyfish wrote: ↑Tue Jul 01, 2025 3:45 am Oh to be clear, the Flying Godzilla seems to be listed on Amazon Japan, meaning it’s a wide release! Cool.

Looking at the kiryu poster set, I’m gonna say Kong swinging Godzilla by the tail would be a perfect duo for this line, except bandai probably won’t ever do the Kong…
Maybe Godzilla throwing ebirah over his shoulder?

I seriously thought they'd mold Godzillas heat ray into the figure, since it was vital to propell him. Hedorah being part instead came completely unexpected for me...

I'd like to see Godzilla ripping MechaG's head off, could be a cool excuse to do a headless MG. Could also be a way for us to finally get an in-scale Minilla, maybe they could do him and G'67 in some pose
Edit: I'm actually a big fan of how this Kiryu looks on both feet. Every MMS Kiryu I can recall is in this very plain humanoid standing pose. The posing sub-series kinda reminds me of BC's more creative takes

Yeah the trouble is you gotta turn his tail completely upside down to make him stand like that.

Next MMS x Collab will be centered towards Ultraman Omega. I wonder what it will be? Graim maybe? Ultraman Omega himself?
Or maybe Rekines and Trigaron?

Cool design and neat figure, but I’m not going to bother getting a premium Bandai for an Ultraman omega thing. I know there’s probably financial reasons why, but I’m a bit sad we can’t just get normal Ultraman MMS anymore.

What about the other figs tho?
It's a bummer for sure that the big Vagsect is MMS, that opening of Omega is fire after all...
