Henry Jackman is GxK: Supernova’s composer, we already know this. Are you talking about for beyond this movie?

It should also be said, Bear coming back absolutely does not mean that Ifukube themes will be used. They were used in KOTM because Michael Dougherty wanted them to be used, and allocated the appropriate budget for it. That’s a director decision, the composer is following their wishes and guidance.

I wouldn’t be surprised if we never hear another Ifukube theme in the MV. According to what we’ve heard (some of which is literally straight from Bear), getting the rights to that music is ridiculously expensive. Why would the studio, or the director for that matter, want to allocate budget for that, when they could just have the composer create their own original theme?

Personally, I WANT Henry Jackman, and any different future composers, to make their own themes. Let people be creative and have their fun at making Godzilla and Kong themes. Or themes for any monster that appears for that matter.

The guy on the Dragonball discord I mentioned before that I think is trying to just tease the couple Godzilla fans mentioned today a couple more things about Supernova that I think are BS.

Spoiler:

Villian is not SpaceGodzilla. It's inspired by SpaceGodzilla but will be new enough that it and SpaceGodzilla could be marketed together.

He compares it to Daima and GT SS4 being the same form but clearly different.

The Space Titan and Godzilla are going to be mostly fighting over Titanus Minilla. Mentioned before he says its not Jr or Little or Baby its Minilla.
The SpaceGodzilla is causing the Titans on Earth to go haywire because it's a Titan slayer thay doesn't care about being King.

Rodan is coming back and he will be Godzilla's right hand. He compares Rodan and Godzilla to a more serious version of Godzilla and Angurius from Godzilla on Monster Island.(haven't heard that title in a long time)

He says it sounds like the movie will open up with a scene where Godzilla is fighting a Titan on the surface and the Titan escapes into a HE portal only for Kong to finish it off with the implication being Godzilla and Kong are allies now and no more fights.

Don't think any of this is real, the guy posts leaks and rumors from time to time.

Like you say, the guy's probably just saying stuff to key people up. I will say though, the idea of a monster running from Godzilla only to get blindsided by Kong would be a simple and straightforward way of establishing their new dynamic, as well as just a fun concept.

FINALLY biggest leakest of them all is. Legendary wanted to do a crossover where next installment for MV is.......Godzilla vs. the Meg!

Oh, definitely. I'm saying that if they wanted to show that new paradigm of G and K as allies, or at least not enemies, that seems to me like a quick and simple way of doing it.

This is bullshit but I will say, Rodan appearing in a significant way would be probably the one thing to get me excited about this movie.

None of these leaks take any real crazy or specific risks. Its always "monster that was from before will return" or "something is from space and will be the antagonist". More "leakers" should come up with something no sane person would predict. Like "one of the main characters gets covered in blue monster gloop" or "the plot is indirectly kickstarted by someone clogging a toilet" or even "one of the new monster designs is vaguely based on buddha".

The idea of the name "Minilla" making the cut and not Junior sounds plausible. I could also see Toho giving Legendary some leeway with the design if they think the name recognition matters.

But they might as well just call him Junior if they aren't going to try to make him vaguely resemble Minilla. That's assuming any of this is even true.

Considering Godzilla is both Godzilla and Gojira in the Monsterverse and they found a way to call Ghidorah Monster Zero, if Godzilla had a son I could see him being called Minilla and Godzilla Jr at some points.
