Will we be getting any more of this? It’s highly informative and really helps put the Ultramen with their tons of feats and episodes into perspective.

I might actually redo some of it since I may have differing opinions of the power levels than before. I would probably also remove the rankings and let each Ultra's feats stand on their own ig.Coobzilla03 wrote: ↑Sun May 21, 2023 9:28 am Will we be getting any more of this? Though I can't say it'll come anytime soon.

Re: All Ultramen Ranked.
My ranking of the Ultra Brothers based on their most recent appearances and feats, so mostly UGF2 and 3 stuff. Pretty subjective too.

For what is a man, what has he got?
If not himself, then he has naught
To say the things he truly feels
And not the words of one who kneels

Re: All Ultramen Ranked.
My ranking of (most) Ultramen in power, based on how powerful they are in the current day. I didn't include Ultras I'm not familiar with (TDGA, Trigger-Arc) or Alternate versions like Rising or Shin. Along with this, not every form is listed, and Ultras like Orb, Geed and Z with many forms similar in power (albeit focused in different areas) will have those forms listed under the same spot, e.g. Ultraman Z (Ultra Fusion Forms). Of course, final forms and any other significant forms will be represented as separate.
Forms that haven't appeared in the current era will be scaled up to how strong they theoretically should be now.
Also just for fun, I've colour coded it!
Anyways, here it is!

Re: All Ultramen Ranked.
It's been a while since I've worked on this, and my opinions on Ultras have largely changed from where they were when I first started this thread. I've been mostly focusing my mind on in-universe standing rather than feats, looking towards how each Ultra stacks up compared to the others. I've also had quite some time to rethink my positions on scaling and really, there's been quite a lot of evidence to suggest power creep isn't as notable as I once believed. In fact, the narrative and worldbuilding feel more enhanced and cohesive, and doesn't make previous stories feel lesser.
For example, the most notable is how I no longer believe Alien Empera is actually power crept as much. Empera is consistently one of the strongest enemies of the Land of Light and is consistently portrayed as such, with his capsule being placed on the same tiering rung as Dark Lugiel, someone who defeated the entire Land of Light at their prime. Alien Empera consistently matched Prime Father of Ultra, who is stronger than his new gen self through Belial's proclamation that Ken has gotten old (also FoU's performance against Belial in Mega Monster Battle wouldn't contradict this as FoU had the clear advantage and only hitting his old wound allowed Belial to beat him, he was clearly getting his ass kicked by FoU before then and the Giga Battlenizer is generally just a monstrously powerful weapon stated to be the counterpart of Geed's Giga Finalizer, the weapon for Ultimate Final Geed), which isn't definitive evidence but when combined with the fact that the newest UGFs keep showing that threats from the past remain competitive against current day Ultras (eg Reiblood is still portrayed as a big threat, although no longer requiring as much to defeat as he would've in the past, or Belial & Tregear still being considered big top threats by the Absolutians and Tartarus storing the Giga Battlenizer and Grimdo Mask implying that these can empower the Parallel Isotopes beyond their Absolute Particle buffs, and there being no indication of Absolute Particle amps for Juda & Mold who were pulled from the past, different for Reibatos and Alien Bat since I do remember seeing golden energy enhanced attacks from them, or just Regulos in general and Diavolo using Alude's Cosmo Beast Fist from the past and implying that it is worth learning for its power) and Empera's general vibe from any mention of him, all coalesce to imply that Alien Empera from the past would very much still be a threat and comparable to modern day Ultras. Maybe not as overwhelming, but very much still dangerous. Where exactly Empera scales current day is something I'm not too sure of however.

Anyways, this is all just a tangent, and really I kind of want to restart this project in two parts, one to create a cohesive scaling image for how different Ultras and threats scale between one another, and another to just collate the feats of each individual Ultra again in a respect thread format to showcase just how powerful they are, devoid of as much scaling as possible so they can stand on their own 2 feet. Some Ultras can't avoid this (Ginga, Victory, X, Geed, Z, Trigger, Decker, Dyna, Tri-Squad), but most can. This is especially necessary in the wake of the mass purge of most of the YouTube channels I sourced a lot of my memory and evidence, with the actual episodes I relied on from their channels being mass deleted. It means I will have to re-source a lot of my claims and collect my evidence in more secure packages so that they are much less volatile. This may take several years and is something I may or may not finish depending on how those years progress, so stay tuned!

Re: All Ultramen Ranked.
Yeesh, not how I wanted to learn about losing my favorite Ultra channel on Youtube! Was just pulling up some RoU and Ultraman fights on there the other day for research. That will definitely make your task a little more difficult. Good luck! I'm excited to see where this goes. The Ultra series as a whole is such a can of worms with the pure volume of it
