Inspired by an article I read, what do you think is the worst thing Godzilla has done?

While Godzilla has destroyed cities and killed Mothra a few times, there are worse thing the monster has done. I would say it happens in GMK, where Godzilla deliberately targets people.

I feel like its kinda hard to stop the planetary-scale genocide Godzilla Earth performed. Humans, kaiju, whatever, with this mf it was on sight.

I dunno if it's the "worst" or "best", but the face off with Mr. Shindo in Vs King Ghidorah is always a stand out moment to me.

It's one of the best scenes of the movie.

I can understand killing a man that shot a weapon into your mouth, but blasting a guy that did you no harm is definitely not nice.

I don't think Godzilla killing Shino was done out of malice. It seemed to me that Shindo wanted Godzilla to kill him, and the latter merely obliged.

I read this as a joke at first, but the more I think about it, you’re absolutely right. They were just chilling. Nothing to do with firing weapons at Godzilla, straggling behind in an evacuation due to ego, or anything else.
