I'm gonna spoiler a rumor I heard here for the sake of those who want to go in completely blind:
Spoiler:
I keep hearing s rumor the structure is "episodic." If the rumor is true, I can't help but think James Gunn saw Shin Kamen Rider or Ultraman and thought "Hey! That's the ticket!"
The aliens' idea to use humanity's trust was frightening. But have no fear, this is a tale of the far distant future. What? Why's that, you ask? Because we humans still don't trust each other enough for aliens to prey on us that way.

Godzilla Minus One served as an inspiration during the making of the new Superman movie, particularly the human drama: https://www.cinematoday.jp/news/N0149045

A happy moment.

Both Superman and F4 crashed Fandango when tickets went on sale. Looking good for both of them at the moment.
