I know I’ve seen with the Ultraman Z release and with Trigger, the Ultraman TCG promos are missing due to error if you are interested in those but you can contact them, I know on X has a link, to get yours. Which is a fun game by the way.o.supreme wrote: ↑Tue May 06, 2025 1:53 pm ^ Yeah just as a general update since its been a while...
Ultraman Trigger Blu Ray was released today (5/6/2025)
Ultraman USA/The Adventure Begins Blu Ray is (7/1/2025)
Ultraman Decker Blu Ray is: (8/12/2025)
*There has been a rumor that Ultraman Arc will be released in the Fall sometime. But nothing concrete. If so that would get us caught up on everything current. Hopefully some more older releases have had rights cleared. Would be nice if we could get some updates on Ultraman day this year.

Unfortunately, Ultraman Wiki didn't give the date of the panel, so I don't know if it was a past one or a recent one.o.supreme wrote: ↑Wed May 07, 2025 10:26 am I wonder if that was a more recent panel? The video with that name that has Keith Aiken (who is working with MC) is from almost 5 years ago:

Those series were mentioned as "unavailable", but that was under the old deal.
If it was a more recent panel, that would be great if we could get those. There is also the Heisei Ultraseven series however, along with a few movies.

Re: Mill Creek releasing ULTRA SERIES on Bluray!!
Could someone please include the Ultraman Trigger Blu-ray set on Wikizilla's page on Mill Creek Entertainment? I'm blocked indefinitely for "reasons", and I can't do it myself like I want to. Thanks!

Because I'd like to do it myself, but can't, and I can't wait for someone on there to finally take pity on me and unblock me.

You know the best thing about Wikizilla and other wikis like it? Anyone can edit them. And it's really easy to learn how! Almost as easy as understanding how to post on this forum.

I've seen that one of Wikizilla's members just included Ultraman Decker's Blu-ray release on the page as well. So that's settled.
TV series-wise, Ultraman Arc, Ultraman Omega and the other three series are pretty much all that's left, am I right?

I just remembered Heisei Ultraseven and the two Ultraman Kids animated stories that came before Ultraman Kids: 30 Million Light Years in Search of Mother.
After that, that should be all of it, am I right?

Re: Mill Creek releasing ULTRA SERIES on Bluray!!
There was only one Ultraman Kids show plus a short film ( and interstitials in an Ultraman anthology released by Toho) before the 30 Million Light Years show.
If it counts, there's some Ultra-related films that haven't been released by Mill Creek, though some of them may have complicated rights issues.

Re: Mill Creek releasing ULTRA SERIES on Bluray!!
A solid review for the unfortunate Ultraman: The Adventure Begins Blu Ray
I mean MC has had some flawed products in the past, but I've really had no complaints. This one however, is egregiously bad. I want MC to finish the Ultraman Collection . But for something like this, which is frankly one of my favorite Ultraman films despite its obscurity just because I was one of the few who actually saw its single TV broadcast back in 1987; it cuts a little deeper. I just would have rather waited until they could get the subtitles for the japanese dub at the very least. I would think that would have been much less work and cost than creating a whole new english dub.

Holy moly! Blu-ray.com user starsteam relayed the announcements from the Mill Creek panel at G-Fest:
Huge news! Both English language Ultra shows plus Man and Seven in 4K (w/dub for the original Ultraman!). The 4K version for Ultraman is especially welcome because the previous HD master Tsuburaya did for that series is from the early days of the format and looks pretty cruddy!
The Discovery films are four compilation films of four episodes each of the original Ultraman done few years ago. Basically an excuse to get theatrical screenings of the new 4K remasters.
https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.ph ... 0&page=282Coming soon from Mill Creek
-Ultraman Arc series + movie (October)
-Ultraman 4K Discovery (new film with remastered footage and Eng dub) (November)
-Ultraman: Towards the Future (March)
-Ultraman: The Ultimate Hero
-Ultraman 4K UHD with dub (July 2026)
-Ultraseven 4K UHD (September 2026)

Re: Mill Creek releasing ULTRA SERIES on Bluray!!
Wow!
Now all we need, aside from Ultra Q Dark Fantasy, is the Ultraseven Heisei movies.
This really is wonderful news.
My only concern is whether or not the Ultraman dubs will be the original Titra version. Tsuburaya said that the dubs were incomplete previously. Keeping my fingers crossed on that part.
(Edited for clarification)

Re: Mill Creek releasing ULTRA SERIES on Bluray!!
After the fiasco with TAV. I hope all these releases have their original English Audio (in the case of Great and Powered), and in the case of the original Ultraman, the Original Titra Dub. Oh also all Japanese Audio should have subtitles, because that's not a guaranty anymore for some reason....
If MC are working on a new english dub of any of these they should STOP right away. New dubs are very costly. I get it for shows that never had one, or for the newer shows that's fine. But if English audio exists, please dont waste the money to redub them. Put those finances towards a better use, like licensing additional titles.

Re: Mill Creek releasing ULTRA SERIES on Bluray!!
As far as I remember, Powered and Great were filmed in English, so shouldn't the default be English language with the Japanese version being the true dub?
Either way, cautious as well after the false-hopes of original dubbing on the USA disc. I'm expecting brand new dubs for the original series though; some scenes were cut for the American broadcast and even BCI's old DVDs with the dub had those sections kept intact in Japanese. I can't see TsuPro letting that slip by this time, I think they'd rather have a full, complete dub rather than a scattershot one. Would love to be proven wrong, though!
