Curious what that new effect is that Grand Ghidorah's got when hitting others. Heard maybe it's a bleed effect, tough to tell from the short footage.

To be fair, Grand King Ghidorah IS the best Ghidorah.

I was curious on how long it would take to get the rest of the RoM units. Surprised it took this long, that kaiju lineup is very flashy and beam heavy so they seem to appeal to the majority of the player base. Wonder how long it will take for them to give us Dagahra? Keeping with the Mothra theme although I’m not big on the idea of delta variants, Leo is probably the unit I would want a redo on. Kind of boring currently imo.

Imagine we get an Armor Mothra unit and he just flies directly to the enemy leader and any enemy unit he touches on the way 1) doesn't slow him down and 2) dies instantly. But he'll be a timed unit, like Aqua Mothra. I feel like that's not a reach for this game.

Honestly from the bit I saw I’d say you’re not too far off! I’m really curious to see what the deployment cost is on it. Seems like a suped up Leo with critical hit and defense up.

Yeah I’ve only run into one of those so far. Grand king ghidorah is good, but needs to have a deck built around him. Armor Mothra is a good counter for Rio and definitely the stand out this season imo.

Well, so much for egg mode. Everyone has discovered that Gigan Rex is basically unstoppable as a leader. I hate that mode anyway, but i gave it a shot.

Well I for one am excited Rio goji is getting a nerf. Personally I would have knocked down his range instead but hopefully he’s not as oppressive with these new changes.

Don't know what's up but I'm not seeing much from the new units. I've fought maybe two Godzillas and only one or two Anguirus. Usually by now they're flooding the game.

I've seen quite a few of the new units. Anguirus is nothing special, sadly. Even as a Rio counter doesn't quite do the job. Wouldn't be shocked if most players have phased out of using him.

For ORTHOchromatic Godzilla, he's not very exciting... but super powerful. Definitely an example of power creep, as he does so much damage without any real drawbacks. The fact that all his attacks are two hits also helps with the first removing a shield if it was there so Gamera '67 can't fully protect units. I see him quite frequently in matches.

I was thinking about how to mage Gamera different. The anime version was basically an enhanced Heisei version, so what's left? I say make him an evolution unit who gets his fire fist after a time and make Irys the second unit. The only other power he has in the Heisei movies is the mana cannon against Legion (Who could also get her own swarm).

It probably will be. 2025 is also the 30th anniversary of Gamera: Guardian of the Universe. Would love to be wrong and see Legion, whom would be a much more unique unit, along with her swarm and legion pods... But I'm betting it's just Gamera '95 and Super Gyaos.

I personally REALLY wish they would add Barugon, Showa Guiron, Showa Zigra, and both Showa and Rebirth Viras and Jigers.
