Is it me or have releases been extremely slow these last few years?

It's more like especially last year (and this year so far, too) have been comparatively packed with releases.

We also have about 5 releases revealed at this point lol, I feel we may just be waiting for them to drop them rn which makes the wait longer then "knows what's coming"

Hey guys I’m kinda new here, but where is the listings thread? I use to have an account here back in 2013.

I have a couple of Monsterarts figures I want to sell, but toyark doesn’t seem like the best place!

Anyone know a decent sites? I don’t want to lose money on fees from eBay 😡😥

Have had Godzilla Evolved for about a month now and I have mixed feelings. On the positives, love the translucent spines, detail, and the design is growing on me. Negatives over pieces having a tendency to fall apart on mine, the gummy teeth look great in some angles, not so much in others, and the legs are loose, which makes balancing the figure to maintain dynamic posing tougher. There is also some gapping underneath the chest that you will see if you have it on a high shelf. I wish that it was a bit more of a slam dunk; however, still very glad to own it. For me at least, it is a very cool design of Godzilla. Officially dubbing him the WWE Zilla lol.

So you've the exact same gripes with your SHMA Evo Goji as I do. Mine has those gaps and loose legs, right out of the box, too. The left legs knee joint is more loose than the right one, so that he tends to sag sidewards uncontrollably. The figure as a whole could have used just a little more overall size, too.

I’d agree with all of that! In a lot of ways it’s very reminiscent of the Final Wars release where in some respects it’s awesome with some cons. Here’s hoping that Anguirus is an incredible release later this year. The 72 Godzilla remains for me probably the best release Monsterarts has done in a long time.

I thought the Gamera 95 release was better. It felt like it was the complete package with all the accessories and all. ALSO, it would have been nice had the used the boxes from when the entire line released on these releases (glittery, prismatic, and holographic). Burning Godzilla had the best presentation (maybe space godzilla).

I’ve been on the fence on getting the Gamera for a long time. Talking about the re-release?

They are all worth it except for the one Gamera 99 figure that was released in 2018. The Reissue one that came out over a year ago was greatly improved and now great as well

Is it possible that one day we could get a fully transformable Heisei Moguera figure in this line?

I feel that would be more in line with Soul of Chogokin, although I've wanted something like that for forever.

The mai nreason why we haven't got one already is likely due to budgetary and technical limitatons.

Since it seems like they're getting...well, not super deep but like...maybe, one foot in on Showa stuff, I decided to try and track down G72 and Gigan as well as take the risk and pre-order Anguirus from Eknightmedia. Excited to see what's next (G62 reissue, please? ).

I’ve been waiting for a ‘62 atomic ray version for years. I assumed it would be a no-brainer.

The 62 actually came with an atomic heat ray effect part. It just didn't have blue fins.

What's next apparently is a 1972 King Ghidorah.

Oh I know, I own it. But I still like the blue-plates variants too.

Might be better placed elsewhere, but considering Anguirus was the last thing I ordered from them, I thought at least here...
eKnight Media wrote: Thank you for purchasing from us eKnight Media in the past.

As you may be aware, the current administration has implemented tariffs on numerous countries, particularly China. Despite the administration's assertion that these tariffs would be paid by exporters, the tariff ultimately falls on importers. Last week, one of our largest suppliers, Ultra Tokyo Connection, has opted to pass this tariff burden to its customers.

As a result, we are facing the difficult decision of whether to increase our prices for customers or maintain our current pricing on our preorders, which would significantly impact our profit margins, and most likely leading to break-even situations or losses on some items.

After careful consideration, we have decided to keep our prices unchanged despite the increased costs.

In light of these developments, we are making adjustments to our preorder business model. We strongly encourage you to place preorders with us prior to the closing date, as we will be disabling our preorder listings following the closing date. Additionally, we plan to expand our selection of in-stock items in the future to compensate for the reduction in preorder options.

We remain committed to offering the best prices in our industry and appreciate your continued support as we navigate these challenges together.

Sincerely,
Eknightmedia.com Team
