The last I heard of Dr. Demonicus, he was one of the many supervillains who escaped from the Raft during a mass breakout. He hasn't been seen since, as far as I know.

One character introduced in the 2017 mini-event, series, MONSTERS UNLEASHED, Kid Kaiju. Who thanks to his Inhuman heritage being activated by the Terrigen Cloud. Found the monsters he was obsessed ,and also liked drawing where showing up where he lived and causing destruction. When the massive space threat the Leviathon Mother, and her monstrous horde invaded Earth. Kid Kaiju, summoned various classic beasts to fight the threat. When the Leviathon Mother landed on Earth, and beat the O.G. Marvel Monsters. Kei Kawade/Kid Kaiju summoned/created new monsters to battle the mother of leviatons. Slizzak, Hi-Vo, Fireclaw, Scragg, and Mekara saved the day. Later, Kid Kaiju came into the sights of the collective of supervillain masterminds, the Intelligencia. To draw him out the Intellegencia hired those whose method of operation involved monsters. Animax and the Mole Man. The Intelligencia succeded in capturing him ,and wanted to exploit Kid Kaiju's monster summoning ability to their own ends. Thankfully, Kawade was rescued by the monster hunter, and his guardian, Elsa Bloodstone. Dr. Demonicus I could see becoming a foe of Kid Kaiju, and even attracting the scientist's interest with the lad's ability to summon, create beasts. Maybe ,like the Intelligencia, exploit it.

A group of individuals that made their debut in the aftermath to the 2005 event HOUSE OF M known as the Decimation . The enforcement arm of Homeland Security's Office of National Emergency, O*N*E,

Sentinel Squad O*N*E ,a team of human operated Sentinels. With the Shogun Warriors no longer at the House of Ideas, the team would be ideal replacements for Dr. Demonicus' licensed foes.
Another well known Marvel character that Doctor Demonicus would be likely to cross swords with would be Prince Namor, the Sub-Mariner.
The two had a near meeting in the Pacific Overlords storyline in AVENGERS WEST COAST when the Sub-Mariner encountered the mutant Sunfire, who attacked the Avenging Son alongside Pele. A person Demonicus gave superhuman powers to by exposing her to fragments of the Lifestone. Both firey foes overcame their brainwashing, Sunfire later joined the fight against Demonicus and the Overlords. Likewise Pele. With his operations being set in the sea, Demonicus could become a foe of Namor. Also, with his genetic expertise, I could picture Demonicus working alongside Namor foes like Warlord Krang ,and Attuma(https://www.marvunapp.com/Appendix3/attumanamor.htm ). Either hiring himself to the Atlantean usurpers to bolster their forces with his creations. Either taking out Namor, or even other plans to conquer the surface world.

Don't sleep on Kid Kaiju. Eventually Marvel will get into their monsters For the MCU and with the semi kaiju boom it could be coming soon.

Sheesh, they can't even mention Godzilla in the context of summarizing the old comics? It's not like that's actually using the character.
