Yes, but I'm sure if you take a glance at the first few pages of any of these currently popping threads, the reasonable people are the ones stating their critiques, while the unreasonable ones are those who are ignoring said critiques as nothing more than "loud hyperbolic godzilla fans who dislike everything Godzilla".

When some of the biggest MV shills, myself included, have taken issue with the current direction shown in this trailer.

Kong in general appears to be way more jacked than all the other apes. See the moment where we see the other apes gathered and what might be Kong in the background.

Kong definitely is exceptional for sure I still subscribe to the theory that Skull Island stunted the native Kong's growth until Kong was the only one left.

He's like a head or two taller than the other adult apes, though the perspective makes it hard hard to tell at firat glance. And more muscular. Guess it shows why he's alpha, he's probably the Hercules of his species. Wonder if the same goes for Godzilla

So apparently Shimo is supposed to be the first titan right? Some leaks called him an “allfather” and the “creator of the titans”

How do you think this could even work since all titans are so different? This part doesn’t really make sense. I definitely preferred the titans being real evolutionary creations like all real organisms.

Could just be a myth from that Hollow Earth civilization if it's even included in the movie. It makes no sense whatsoever and I can't imagine it being a particularly important plot point. Probably something that can be waved away.

Maybe Shimo has an effect on the ecosystem and somehow is able to mutate species to eventually evolve into titans?

But isn't Ghidorah classified as a Titan as well? And he's an alien from outside Earth. Shimo couldn't have created him too.

The more I look at Godzilla, the more I like the design tbh. I love the Millennium design, so them taking inspiration from that is something I’m down with.

It's definitely making the rounds & it's interesting to see that it seems to be doing better with the casual/general audience than some Godzilla fans.

Just an interesting observation. Alot can happen between now & April 2024, but I'm feeling very optimistic that the film will do well.
