For long matches that are better off being divided into chapters, can we title/name our chapters? Or are they only allowed to just be numbered?

Zone Angel from Zone Fighter was supposed to have the same powers as her brother until budget cuts kicked in. We know what she could do and even got a semi-canon design by Shinji Nishikawa for her giant form. I had an idea for a fight.

I can't speak directly to the verdict on Zone Angel, but plenty of unmade concepts are on even the regular KWC's roster (ex: Bakan, Anguirus 2001, Gryphon, The Visitor). Then there's assists based on unrealized concepts (Karakuri Robot, Tsuchigumo), approved powers that were never used (Bagan's wings of light), and all that's not even touching the vast number of KWCE-exclusive examples.
