Arena: A large, rocky plane
Rules: Scaled. Gabora and Neronga start underground and invisible, respectively. Fight to the death, no retreats.
Verdict: The Shin duo have the element of surprise, and an ambush from the two could spell disaster for the parasites. Neronga can potentially shoot down the Male MUTO given how he was able to accurately destroy dozens of incoming missiles, and was durable enough to withstand Ultraman's Specium Ray for a few seconds before being killed. Said ray then proceeded to tear through a mountainside. Neronga's electrical beam was measured by characters in the film to be a whopping 500,000 kilowatts, probably exceeding the electric cables that made the Male MUTO scream in pain while in the cocoon. Gabora's durability is weird, as we don't know if any of the MOPs actually hit him while he was burrowing. That said, he was able to withstand getting kicked and thrown by Ultraman all around that dam, and only lost because Ultraman hard-countered his heat ray then hit his exposed head. Physically he was actually making Ultraman struggle for a bit when he had him pinned against the dam with his drill. I don't think the Male or Female MUTO will be too big of a problem, however the MUTO Prime is going to be the biggest threat by far. She could potentially kill Gabora if she can tank the ray and get close enough to crush his squishy head. Given that Gabora is also highly radioactive, she could also elect to infect him with larva instead. If Gabora dies, Neronga is pretty much screwed. Yeah his beam is potent, but that won't save him from getting beat to a pulp. Leaning MUTOs solely because of MUTO Prime, but the Shin Duo can clutch a win if they're careful.

Re: Shin Neronga + Shin Gabora vs MUTOs
MUTO Prime may deliver a few heavy hits here and there, but the moment either Ultra monster fights back she's gonna be hating life. The MUTOs will be harder to wrangle with, though we never really see Neronga's melee capabilities so it's difficult to say how he'd aid Gabora in this fight physically-speaking. The MUTOs, however, are not going to enjoy either Ultra monsters' ranged attacks when they use them—though Neronga particularly may be in trouble when either MUTO decided to use an EMP.
Abstaining.
Abstaining.

Re: Shin Neronga + Shin Gabora vs MUTOs
Gabora was causing Shin ultraman to feel a world of hurt, and Ultraman was minimalizing the damage by absorbing the ray, full impact will definitely kill either of the MUTO couple, then Neronga comes in, and the bioweapons take Prime out after a very long fight.

Re: Shin Neronga + Shin Gabora vs MUTOs
Neronga isn't exactly too impressive though his electricity is accurate enough to intercept all missiles targeting him and as Breakdown said the Male MUTO seems to have a lesser electricity tolerance than the 500,000 kilowatt electricity Neronga is dishing out. And Neronga withstood being thrown back by the force of Shin Ultraman slamming into the ground at 12,000 km/h. He should be able to take out Male MUTO. But that's about it.
Shin Gabora is far more impressive. The drill is pretty powerful a weapon and the fact it was threatening Shin Ultraman who was unaffected by slamming into Zetton's barrier at several percentage the speed of light, thus enough kinetic energy to outclass anything the MV could dish out, and this means he could beat both MUTO Prime and Female MUTO with the speed he moves and attacks, with MUTO Prime being the only one that poses any sort of threat. All three MUTOs may be able to beat Shin Gabora by itself, but add to Shin Neronga being invisible and running support by taking out Male MUTO and other support attacks and the bioweapons take this.

Re: Shin Neronga + Shin Gabora vs MUTOs
Gabora is going to be a very tough adversary here, but the EMPs of the MUTOs are a bit too hard of a counter for Neronga. Once he starts using that beam the MUTOs will probably shut him down, at which point he's dead in the water. Neronga could get lucky and take out the male MUTO if we assume those electric cables were hurting it, but otherwise this quickly becomes a 3v1. The duo has a shot here but I favor the MUTOs.

Re: Shin Neronga + Shin Gabora vs MUTOs
Gabora is the tougher of the Shin pair and could give Muto Prime a good fight. That drill will be a major obstacle for the Muto trio. Neronga would work best here as backup for Gabora, remaining unseen until ready to blast a Muto.
I think the Muto have this fight. Neronga will likely go down first, and then Gabora will have to take on two opponents with impressive physical strength, and the male serving as a distraction to keep him from focusing on the others. The Mutos will beat Gabora down, especially if he's foolish enough to reveal his head.
