I just got a great horror novel titled Hell Hound by Ken Greenhall. This novel was the basis for the film Baxter.

I was going to purchase the 3DS Monster Hunter games before the eshop shut down yesterday, so I bought as $20 eshop gift card and as I was about to check out for one, I decided to against it because I probably won't ever play them. So, I took that money and applied it to another Switch online voucher set and preordered Pikmin 4 and got the Bayonetta Prequel game.

I bought a new board game from Barnes and Noble called Survival, it's a coop game where you and the other players look to preserve an animal. The base game includes a tiger and an otter. You can get other animals online.

Finally I got the following three books from Amazon.

A new art book is getting released in Japan and there's also a behind the scenes book coming out on the live action films called Budget Biomorphs. First Tremors and now The Guyver. Glad to see all these more niche franchises finally getting comprehensive books dedicated to their making.

I just bought a Blu-ray box set titled The It's Alive Trilogy by Shout! Factory/Scream Factory from my local fye.

It was originally priced at $39.99, but the store had it on sale for $31.99, so with tax it was $34.23. I figure I got a great deal for this one.

It’s gotten as low as $20 from Shout themselves during box set sales. Not a particularly great deal but better pricing than you usually find at FYE.
