Why is everyone voting for Black Panther...? Ock is fast enough to go head to head with Spider-Man, meaning he's plenty fast enough to fight BP, and BP has no Spider-Sense to help him outmaneuver the tentacles. Once he gets caught, Ock can pull him apart or just beat the snot out of him, Vibranium suit or not.

And then the Compys are irrelevant here, unfortunately.

Black Panther has the advantage in that his Vibranium suit gives him the better offensive and defensive side, alongside his superhuman abilities outside the suit. Doc Ock has four metal arms, but those arms were cut by the Goblin Glider’s blades. Vibranium should be able to rip those things apart fast, and if not the shockwave from taking hits will help knock down Doctor Octopus. The Compies are just waiting to see who they can eat as the two humans fight.

Black Panther has super human abilities of his own and is able to compete with super soldiers like Bucky and Cap as well as trained assasins like Hawkeye. His suit was also able to wisthand a fall from hundreds of feet atleast and he got up immediately. Doc Ock may have powerful metal arms, but BP definitely has the reflexes and power to dodge them to go straight for Ock, and as Nagoda said his claws should be able to rip up the arms.

The arena is also a factor to consider, the fight could take place in the main control room, but also the halls, really I don't think Black Panther should have any issue using the walls or those large columns for extra mobility.

The suits ability to absorb kinetic energy is also a big factor that leads to victory for BP, if he's thrown around and battered by the arms, his suit will absorb kinetic energy and release it in a powerful burst. These bursts are strong enough to total a car moving at high speed, or completely flooring the hulk sized Cull Obsidian.

Finally, I wouldn't be so dismissive of the Compy's, 40 is still a lot and Doc Ock has no form of armor, it's very possible a few could sneak by the arms and take bites at Doc and distract him, especially if he's caught up in fighting Black Panther. Those Compy's won't do anything to BP's bullet proof suit, but could indirectly help him with their bites kinetic energy being absorbed by the suit. Overall Black Panther has the skills, strength, and tech to beat Doc Ock before wiping out the remaining Compy's.

The Compys aren't an issue whatsoever for T'Challa, and if anything just act as fuel for a shockwave. They at least have a chance of hurting/distracting Ock, which is more of a problem than it sounds given Black Panther is already more than he can handle. Aside from the speed and versatility of his attacks Ock is just outclassed here, most notably in the fact that he himself has no armor. As tough as his arms are they can't stand up to the anti-metal claws and have no hope of blocking a massive shockwave. His genius intelligence is nice and all, but he doesn't have a way to quickly get past Vibranium being worn by a super-soldier tier opponent.
