Yeah. Meateater is pretty big but its best offensive option is its jaws. By comparison, Robo-Cop survived being inside an industrial-like press and then BUSTED through the wall of said press. Meateater just can't put the cop down.

Robocop and Judge Dredd take this. Robocop has aimbot to target his enemies weaknesses, and none of them really have any way to get though his metal armor and hit his vitals. The Dinosaur can try, but it’ll just hurt its teeth biting a metal man.

Stu and Billy are complete fodder, probably the weakest members of this tournament. The Meat Eater is a real threat to RoboCop and Dredd if it gets its jaws on them, but it's more likely they light it up first. Robocop in particular has the armor and firepower to survive its attacks for a bit and lay into the dinosaur.
