Like with what I said for the Fellowship vs Killmonger fight, the Fellowship is really hard carried by Gandalf. Between his magic, his physical strength enough to match a Balrog who by sheer size and mass alone is far stronger than the Spino, not to mention the fire, survived the insane massive fall from the bridge and endured the 3 day long fight against the Balrog and being hit by Azog the Defiler hard enough to be sent flying a meter or 2, plus has taken hits from the Balrog which by even the virtue of the Balrog's sheer size and mass are hitting harder than Miles or the Spino would, not accounting for force concentration due to the smaller surface area of Miles's fist or the claws and teeth of the Spino. Physically, he may even be the strongest.

But his magic is vague and often underutilized, with barriers, lightning, and stuff being impressive iirc they don't seem to be utilized in combat that often. This allows the advantages of the opponents to be utilized better. Miles's invisibility and electrical touch are pretty deadly weapons, and Miles webbing up the Fellowship including Gandalf is a real possibility here. The Spinosaurus getting webbed up is also something that could be possible, and the electric touch should come into play and Miles shouldn't hold back against a dinosaur since it isn't a human so invisibility abuse and electrical touch should deal with the Spinosaurus, especially with Spider Sense to evade both the Spino and the Fellowship's attacks. Plus the Spino also really has to deal with Gandalf, a powerhouse whose not only smaller and thus more maneuverable despite being just as strong, but Legolas and his arrows may do some damage and distract the Spino. Thus, the Fellowship can deal with the Spino. But Miles's aforementioned advantages is something the Fellowship may not be able to deal with, with only Legolas's elven senses or Gandalf's magic maybe being able to help out against invisibility and even then Miles's superior agility, speed, and strength should allow him to pick off the Fellowship as they deal with the Spino or harm the Spino badly and take out the Fellowship afterwards. Gandalf is the Fellowship's real chance of winning and if it was a 1v1 against any of the individual opponents the Fellowship could pull through but as a free for all the fact the Fellowship doesn't have superhuman level strength or durability compared to their opponents apart from Gandalf really hurts them here.

That was incoherent so TL;DR, Spino is strong but big and lumbering which means the more maneuverable humans/humanoids would be able to evade the Spino since iirc normal humans could as well, between the annoyance of Legolas's arrows, cannon fodder Fellowship members, Gandalf's strength and magic and Miles's great arsenal of tools (invisibility, Spider Sense, strength, durability, agility, webs, electric touch) would bring him down, mainly Gandalf and Miles since its more likely they'll focus on the larger monster first, and then Miles's great arsenal of tools should allow him to put down the Fellowship.

The battle eventually comes down to Gandalf vs Miles, and between the two I see Gandalf winning out in the end, lending the Fellowship a rather costly victory as a result.

Giving this to Miles. If this is inner EGO, then it should be a far more suitable environment for his agility. Also, while the Fellowship focuses on the Spinosaurus, he can move between the group and pick them off one by one with his camo.

Gandalf is an immensely powerful character, but he is also a glass canon. If Miles can do a shoulder touch, then the white wizard is fried.

You can focus on it, and try to force it, but the more you do, the more you seem to push it away. But if you're patient, and you hold still, then maybe... Just maybe... It will come to you."

Miles has the tools, skills, and terrain to win this.

Any members of the Fellowship not named Gandalf just serve as distractions, and they aren't lasting long even in that role. Even alone Gandalf is no pushover though. He is more than capable of beating the Spinosaurus given his victory over the more powerful Balrog. However, between the speed, agility, camouflage and the Spider-Sense, I just can't see Gandalf getting a good hit in on Miles Morales. If he does it will hurt really bad, but Miles can land tons of hits before then. Gandalf isn't a complete glass cannon but I don't think he can take such attacks for very long, especially the Venom Sting. Since Miles can also take on the Spinosaurus pretty easily, he wins most of the time.
