He would not, combatants have no foreknowledge on their enemies (unless it’s something they would canonically have, like if they fight someone they fought in canon)

Both Black Noir and Spider-Man are more than capable of defeating the Giganotoasurus given how they outclass it physically and have extra abilities to boot. With both of them present it will go down quick, and it will almost certainly be their first target given its size and aggressiveness. The remaining two will have a closer battle, but it's a clear win for Spidey. Noir really hard to kill, but he isn't strong enough to reliably break out of the webs. Add in the major mobility and speed advantage Spidey possesses (along with the Spider-Sense), and he'll definitely be able to tie up and wear down his opponent. Honestly he's probably stronger too, but he doesn't need to be to win.
