Kumonga's webbing is only vulnerable to fire, and Annie has no fire weapons. She'll be ensnared and killed.

There’s no source that says Kumonga is female. Most refer to the spider with male pronouns.

Honestly, going with Annie.
While the web would be horrible, her speed should allow her to flank the spider and evade the spray. Then, nothing stops this fight from turning into pure melee. The stinger shouldn't effect a Titan body, so if Annie gets in close or on top of the spider, the arachnid will be squashed after a proper thrashing from hardened fists.

I am gonna give my vote to Annie. She is far faster and more intelligent than Kumonga and the webbing is only a problem if he gets enough of it on her which I doubt is gonna happen.
