Verdict: Giving this to Pepper. She may have been unarmed and vulnerable back in 2008, but this isn't 2008 Pepper. This is the hardened, more experienced Pepper who now wears one of the most advanced Iron armors in Tony's library, and packed the skills to go toe-to-toe with Thanos' army. With a more advanced suit and capabilities on Pepper's side, Obidiah is gonna find himself outclassed in short order.

Pepper/Rescue takes this pretty easily, Obidiah might be a great villain, but he just can't top Rescue.

Obediah lost to a far inferior suit that was running on like 10% power. Rescue's suit makes Tony's Mk.3 armor look like a toy by comparison. Pepper takes this pretty easily.
