U-Killersaurus is scaled to 300 meters tall

Verdict: Both of these two have immense firepower and durability, but the thing that makes me lean Magata no Orochi here is the ability to absorb beams, that can definitely help give it a power up if it absorbs the Saurus Full Burst, then retaliate with a barrage of its own arsenal.
