Zeppandon is maybe yet Galactron is not? Zeppandon is vastly more durable than Galactron and a bigger threat to Orb than Galactron was durability wise.

Apart from that, I mostly agree as well as suggesting HZD simply because of his teleportation and speed, though I could be projecting the OG Hyper Zetton onto him.

My thinking was being a teleporter may be detrimental against opponents like the MP Evas, and would pretty much get Zeppandon and HZD into sticky situations. Although, the reason HZD isn’t up there is simply because I forgot.
