Rules: equal heights all around, Mechagodzilla starts as Fake Godzilla. Zone starts at full power. Regular FW Gigan not Upgraded. Yes Grievous has 4 giant lightsabers.

Verdict: Grievous is fast, strong and deadly so I put enough opponents to hopefully overwhelm him. It'd be easy for him to leap at anyone & land a killing stab to the head but his opponents are too numerous & agile hear to not counter it. Like, as he's attacking one the others could leap at Grievous themselves. Jet & Zone I'd count on being the ones to get a killing strike. Either through the former's strength/shrinking powers or the latter's basically magical hax.
Gigan dies one way or the other. But the gang beats Grievous very narrowly.

Seriously, Grievous crushes them and makes them suffer. Kaiju melee combat against him is instant suicide, and the odds of a beam making it past his lightsabers and armor quickly enough are not good. This is literally over in a matter of seconds. Gigan can just sit back and clap.

How well do lightsabers do against missiles? Cause from what I remember of Grevious, one of his main forms of attack is walk forward twirling lightsabers in front of him.

I mean, Zone Fighter is right there. Cyber Godzilla as well, though his missiles might be energy missiles, I don’t remember. Mechagodzilla is not the only person here with missiles.
