So after reading those two of WB hot properties are Godzilla and Kong who have been in several video games this year.

Kong would be easier to scale down and use but could we actually see Godzilla in this as well?

Today a character roster screen showing several characters leaked, when it was posted to YouTube WB copyright striked it.

Toho isn't gonna let Godzilla in this. Those douchebags stopped Godzilla from being in IDW's massive multiverse crossover, something that he would fit being in much more than this.

If he's in, he's probably gonna be a stage hazard rather than a character.

Toho to my knowledge is more hands off with the Monsterverse Godzilla.

Anyway, Warner has distributed Godzilla and Kong movies but they do not own the rights to either character so the chances of them appearing in this are slim to none.

Godzilla and Kong crossed over into several mobile games and I remember WB needed to be involved with some kind of marketing that had to do with the monstersverse.

Kong is PD however as long as its just Kong not King Kong.

It's not hard to copy, edit and troll with code. It happened a lot in the War Thunder community before people just started trusting one guy who data mined seriously. Didn't stop the DEV's from throwing in false datamine traps for people to get worked up over.

If GvK got a crossover with World of Warships, anything might be possible really, but its nothing I'll hold my breath over until something gets announced.

Agreed. The same leak said Velma was coming however and she was just confirmed so I'm hoping they pull it off.

The datamine was from Multiversus as it mentioned Velma, Ben 10 ect.

Kong at least he could be easier to scale down.

This is a common misconception. If you watch 'making of' footage of Godzilla movies, he's actually only about the size of a guy in a suit.

The leaked list mentioned Godzilla, Kong, Velma, Neo Gandalf , Iron Giant and LeBron James off the top of my head. There were a couple other characters.

My point is all the names that leaked and they took time to single out Godzilla? It could very well be deconfirmatiom but I think it's damage control.
