Personally, I think it clashes too much with the general tone of the Monsterverse, and for being a being like Hedorah and Destoroyah, Shino’s pretty underwhelming. I do like it, but it’s definitely the least of the MV’s original kaiju.

Discuss the main villain of Godzilla: Awakening, Shinomura

Honestly, nothing special. A cool looking kaiju with a nice blue motif, that is sadly not properly utilized to full potential and lacks the pazazz most other "tons of creatures become one" types of kaiju.
A guy who randomly stumbled upon this place one day, invested much too much time into it, and now appears to be stuck here for all eternity..and strangely enough, i do not regret it!

With enough radiation it is supposed to be capable of engulfing the skies like clouds. Sounds pretty cool. It's supposed to be a parasite like the MUTOS, I like the idea of it feeding on MUTO Nests and cocoons.

I bet it's cool in concept but the artwork in awakening is just...shoddy

Awakening is the worst thing in Godzilla media from the last decade. Absolutely horrible, just like this kaiju.
