The kaiju of Gigabash should definitely be considered, especially with the reveal of Rawa.

Could any of the creatures from Primal be added as combatants, like the Mad Sauropod, Night Feeder, Fang, etc?

Gigaqueen from Deltarune Chapter 2, and maybe Spamton Neo if you want to count that one pixel height calculation for a single attack putting him at around 200 feet

Since we do have Snow Godzilla, I think adding the titular Shinkalion units from the Shinkalion franchise would be pretty cool.

Not necessarily a new monster but Bowser being able to become Dreamy Bowser and Shiny RoboBowser. If Meowser, Fury Bowser and Giga Bowser can be forms I don't see why Dreamy Bowser and ShinyRoboBowser can't be added
