Mechagodzilla and Titanosaurus could both take the win solo here, together and it’s just a slaughter. Pacific Rim just can’t catch a break, can it?

Mechagodzilla and Titanosaurus have this. I don’t know how an EMP might affect Mechagodzilla, but even so, Titanosaurus can beat the hell out of both of these monsters with ease or keep them away long enough for Mechagodzilla to reboot and unleash hell.

Mechagodzilla getting getting an EMP treatment spells doom for Titanosaurus. Titanosaurus needs Mechagodzilla to effectively use its strength, so having that taken away means the P.R trio dogpile him. When he gets back on air, however, the numbers and closing in spells disaster for the enemy. With their durability, one All Out Assault will rip them apart. They'll cut it close, but Mechagodzilla and Titanosaurus will make it to the next round in the end...

Leatherback won't be getting the chance to use the EMP on Mechagodzilla. He only used it when he saw Otachi about to get blasted by Striker, and Gipsy had more than enough time to pry it off of him when they fought. Titano will utterly demolish either one he fights, and if both of them try to take on Titano at once? They'll get blown up by MG.

As soon as the battle starts, beams and missiles will go flying, and the Anteverse kaiju won’t have any semblance of a chance. MG and Titano get this.

Mechagodzilla and Titanosaurus have the firepower and strength to overpower the Anteverse kaiju. Leatherback's EMP is MG's biggest threat, but it's entirely possible for MG to shoot him down ahead of time, or Titano to beat him down. Considering how fast MG uses its weapons compared to the jaegers, it's entirely possible MG can blast apart Leatherback before the latter thinks to use his EMP. Otachi's flight and acid might be annoying, but Titano should be able to deal with both well enough with his cyclone tail and general durability respectively, while it won't matter much against MG's weapons. The Showa duo take this.

MechaGodzilla and Titanosaurus have a much larger chance of winning this, though if Otachi plays her cards just right and uses that acid of hers to effective use, she could help turn the tide in her team's favor.

Mechagodzilla and Titanosaurus. Mechagodzilla would probably blow up Leatherback before he decides to use the emp, which leaves Otachi open to being mauled by Titano and Mechagodzilla. The acid spray would be the real threat, but I doubt it would come too much of a hassle with MechaG throwing missiles or eye beam at her.

Re: Team Tournament - MechaGodzilla (1975) + Titanosaurus vs. Leatherback + Otachi
One last thing to bring up here, and this is likely going to pertain to future matches for MG, is that at least the 1974 version was able to function just fine even under the absurdly powerful magnetic powers that Godzilla was putting onto it. This gives Showa Mechagodzilla an important leg up against EMP's like Leatherback or the MUTO's, as he can reasonably function and fight against them while other machines don't have that luxury. And really, this just ensures there's zero chance that Leatherback can contribute in any meaningful way to this fight, as EMPing MG was the only chance he had, not that he was all that quick on the trigger in the first place.
