Favorite Showa Design/Suit?

Title.

This is a pretty hard one. Shodai, King, Mosu, Soshingeki, and Megaro are all pretty great.

Choosing one though, I’m going with Soshingeki. The design is definitely what I think of first when I think “Showa Godzilla”.

Yeah, this is a tough one for me. I like them all, except MusukoGoji, but if I have to choose which one I like the most, it would have to be SoshingekiGojo, with MegaroGoji being my second.

MosuGoji all the way. MegaroGoji and Shodai are in second and third place, respectively.

MosuGoji barely edges out KinGoji. I don't think you can go wrong with either of these.

Then, something like: Shodai, Soshingeki, Megaro (all variants), Daisenso, Musuko, and Gyakushu.

MosuGoji, Shoshingeki, Megaro, Shodai, Daisenso, KingGoji, Musuko, Gigantis.
Other than MosuGoji being my top design and Gyakushu being the bottom, the rest are interchangeable depending on the day. Pretty much all the Showa suits smack fire.

I like the MegaroGoji best, specifically with the two MG films.

As much as I love both KingGoji and MosuGoji, for me Shodai is Godzilla; everything else is a variation or an interpretation.

My ranking would probably go: Shodai, Mosu, King, Soshingeki, Gyakushu, Daisenso, Megaro, Musuko

Since MG74 was my first G-movie, I will always love the modified MegaroGoji suit in that one.
