Verdict: Leaning Fire Rodan here, he had the uranium Heat Ray and survived an assault from Mechagodzilla. FW Rodan will be the first to fall, he was shown to have no major feats, and was obliterated by Godzilla, alongside King Caesar and Anguirus. Showa Rodan can take some punishment too, but he won't be able to overcome Heisei Rodans heat rays and constant pecking. Monsterverse Rodan was able to survive being stabbed by Mothra, but he was stunned for a few minutes, he also was knocked out of the sky by one gravity beam, meaning that only a few heat rays from Fire Rodan will be enough to knock him out.

Comes down to Fire Rodan vs Showa, and Fire should win because of the beam.

I'll just copy and paste what I wrote for the last time this match was posted:

FW Rodan would be the first to go. No real notable offense in his brief screentime, and he like all FW monsters goes down like a chump. He lacks what the other three have in any one area, and he just won't be able to complete

Then... MV Rodan is probably the next to go. He's fast, he's aerodynamic, and he can fly circles around most opponents, but his actual durability showings are incredibly sub-par, only being better than FW Rodan in that a collision didn't immediately send him out of the fight. Instead, a single gravity bolt from Ghidorah (which only annoyed Godzilla) takes him out of the fight for a good while, and a sting from Mothra puts the pterosaur down and out. A mid-air collision against Showa Rodan, or especially Heisei Rodan is going to prove detrimental to MV Rodan's health.

That just leaves Showa as the last one to get overwhelmed by Heisei. Showa's a flying brick, and early Godzilla's equal in power and ferocity... but that was a Godzilla who struggled against Kong and a pair of catepillars. Showa Rodan just lacks the proper offensive capabilities that the others have, seeing as his main forms of offense are either to grab a rock and drop it on someone or bodily hurl himself into the foe, and given that Heisei was strong enough to sweep Heisei Godzilla off his feet and his beak pecks were shattering boulders and messing up Heisei MG... it's clear who has the upper hand here.
