Verdict:
Both have the melee ability to make this a flipping slobber knocker. Rei's Supsr Oscillatory Ray will likely kill Godzilla if he manages to pull it off. What gives Godzilla an edge here is both his durability and endurance. Gomora could live through a lot.and being able to enhance his abilities doesn't help, but he hasn't shown going through as much as Godzilla has (the classic all-out assault scene for example). That one advantage plus handy long range projectiles could be what Godzilla needs to win...

[Ultra Zilla]

Gomora is gonna Murder Showa Godzilla.Not only did he take a hit from Belyudra but he was able to defeat numerous kaiju from both ultra galaxy shows that would give most godzilla kaiju from the showa era a run for their money but he could also go into his EX or Reionic Burst forms to kill Showa Godzilla .Godzilla would put up a fight probably better then some of the other monsters (like muruchi,Verokron or Neronga) but he would still get murdered as Gomora in his EX form was able to kill Kates Zetton which would murder Godzilla from that era
