Verdict: I think team Halo has team MCU beat in terms of sheer firepower, but team MCU probably takes the cake in terms of durability and strength. Fal has already demonstrated to be able to take on massive enemies in melee combat as seen when he defeats a gigantic Hunter (and presumably the second one as well, off screen). His energy swords are also able to outright deflect plasma bolts, so he has a defense against the 'Stomper and Hulkbuster's repulsors, if he doesn't just outright evade them. I'm honestly kind of leaning Team Halo largely because of Fal's ridiculous agility and fighting skill combined with Ghost's nutty firepower.
