Verdict:
Alone, he'd likely beat all of them despite some difficulties. Together, I'm pretty sure they can win. Deathscythe will be difficult to really get a hold of with his constant teleporting and fireballs. The atomic ray will get hindered thanks to the duplication ability of Gigadelos. Night Fang's ability for nightmares will throw Godzilla off his game, making plowing through the Gigadelos harder. Night Fang will need to be careful with its waves since it can throw off the entire game plan with Gigadelos and that is a major issue with their chances. Despite that Achilles Heel, I'm about 70% sure that the team can win...

The main thing here is just that none of the trio have anything that can really keep Godzilla down. Yeah, the nightmares will throw him off and all the fireballs, bullets, and physical attacks that are going to be hammering him here will hurt, but it’s nothing he hasn’t withstood and kept going through. He took an explosion strong enough to launch Kong hundreds of meters away directly to the face and wasn’t even actually knocked out (according to Wingard, even if we ignore that, it clearly wasn’t for very long).

Godzilla’s beam will leave HZD and Night Fang hating life, while his melee is more than enough to rip Gigadelos to shreds, even if there’s one or two more than when the fight started.
