Rules: Standard Heisei Scaling; if Baragon dies, turns Ghidorah into King Ghidorah; if Mothra dies, grants him his gravity beams; Godzilla can evolve into Godzilla Terrestris but cannot evolve into Godzilla Ultima.

Battleground: Yokohama, Japan.

Verdict: This is a really difficult one.

MV Mothra is a lot tougher than her GMK counterpart, and therefore she will be much harder to deal with as she is far more efficient in melee combat and packs a greater arsenal. However, she is also the smallest and physically lightest incarnation of Mothra yet, so if Godzilla gets his jaws on her she's in for a really bad day, and if either she or Baragon gets caught in his -20 degree vapor they're either gonna be freezing horribly or, if some poor fool makes the mistake of detonating an explosion close to Godzilla's face, they're both outright dead--which will then turn Ghidorah into King Ghidorah. How King Ghidorah will fare against the chrysalis Godzilla forms around himself is unknown; how he will do against Godzilla Terrestris is also unknown, as we still don't have a full measure of what kind of power Big G's atomic halo packs aside from one-shooting the weakest incarnation of Rodan ever. Hell, Ghidorah may even give Godzilla Amphibia hell long before he goes into -20 degree vapor mode, giving the other two guardians the leverage needed to beat him, as we don't know if Amphibia has the same healing factor that Terrestris does.

Amphibia. Because Ghidorah charges headfirst into battle, which means he’ll get caught in the 500 meter explosion, which’ll eventually leave Terrestris to blast Mothra out of the sky assuming she doesn’t die in the blast.
