Meganulon (Millennium) vs Cassowary

Meganulon
VS
Cassowary
Rules: Female Cassowary.
Battleground: Jardine River National Park, Australia.
Verdict: If the Meganulon manages to spit in the bird's eyes and wrap its jaws around her neck, the dragonfly nymph could emerge the victor. But if the Cassowary lands a ninja kick with those feet, then the Meganulon is in SERIOUS trouble. Abstaining for the time being; leaning towards the Meganulon due to its poison spit.

Was that poisonous spit the Meganulon had? If so then I would go for it for sure, otherwise it needs to hope it can close the distance before the Cassowary buries that foot claw in its face.

It's been referred to as poison by some, and I called it as such because I had no other descriptive words for it. Whether or not it is legit poisonous is to this day unknown, though those two teens that the Meganulon mauled to death in GxM didn't seem to be enjoying life when she spat in in their eyes/mouths...

Also, no, I very much doubt it's poison. Even if Toho was trying to keep it PG, I think the film could have done a lot more to imply poison then just spit in face and scream.
So yeah, giving this to Cassowary. Millenum Meganulon is really just a mediocre big bug. Now, the bigger Showa one with confirmed katana strength pincers, THAT'S a fight.

I don't think a cassowary could even hurt Showa Meganulon. That thing was shrugging off gunfire.

Yeah, the Showa Meganulon is always overlooked because they exist as a bait and switch but legit, they're a deadly monster.
