Superman vs Thor

Superman (DCEU, "Man of Steel") vs. Thor (MCU, "The Avengers")

Verdict:
Given how much he withstood against Zod, I doubt Lightning will be all that effective against him. What will be an issue is just how strong Thor is as he'll be beating Superman around when given the chance. Not only is Superman strong but he's fast which should more than keep up as well as quite the durability to handle getting caught. Thor is tough too so it won't be easy to overpower him. Having a weapon in the form of Mjolnir does help as well since doesn't have to rely purely on fisticuff the way his opponent does. Nonetheless, I think Superman will come out on top eventually.

Well... if DCEU is vulnerable to magic like the comics version is, that means Mjolnir will have the same effect on him as it would any normal person. His invulnerability would be nullified. That would mean Thor one-shots.

Are we including all feats for Superman, or just Man of Steel. If we include all feats, Superman was able to react to and move to attack The Flash as he was moving in Super speed. If we go by just Man of Steel, he and the other kryptonians tend to move just as fast and far as the hulk in jumping, with about the same strength if not more, as well as being about as fast as Quicksilver. Then we’d also have to take in how well Thor would react to Heat Vision, which could be pretty well or very badly if we go off him standing in the rays of a neutron star. But if this is just Thor as he was in the First Avengers movie, he’ll have to use Mjolnir or Lightning to block the Heat Vision.
A reminder to watch Chouseishin Gransazers.

Only "Man of Steel" feats.
