Right? For special effects unless there's something I'm missing, a couple of the nominations here don't sound all that impressively special effectsy...

I hadn’t heard of this comic but apparently Sony has optioned rights to produce a movie. Kaiju Heist. Just as the name implies it’s a heist movie set in a city during a monster attack.
