Are any kaiju/toku-related illustrated Japanese children's books?

For the discussion of Toho comics, books, posters, trading cards and any other merchandise that doesn't fall under the other categories.

Are any kaiju/toku-related illustrated Japanese children's books?

Post by John Pannozzi »

My baby niece is turning one year old next month. I want to teach her Japanese (her parents are cool with this FYI).

So are there any notable illustrated children's books in Japanese based on kaiju/tokusatsu properties. Preferably drawn in a cute/chibi-style of artwork?

There are two Japanese children's books, one released one upcoming, called Do Your Best, Chibi Godzilla and Close Friends, Chibi Godzilla.

Thanks.

Though, I'll admit I'm not a big fan of the art style. I personally prefer the Godzilla-kun/Godzilland style.

Are there any children's books related to the Ultra series, or maybe Gamera or Kamen Rider or Super Sentai?

Exactly. I'm a little more forgiving of the other character designs, though.
