They're digging their own expensive grave, unfortunately. There is no possible way that, between this and DC's incoming movie tsunami, oversaturation won't shoot the superhero movie genre in the head sometime in the next few years. Gonna be a hell of a ride until then, though.

^ That'd be one way to do it. But regardless of quality, I think people are probably just going to get tired of them, eventually. At the very least, some of the 'lesser' ones will start suffering. It'll be a while before people stop paying for the Avengers or Batman, but relative unknowns like Ant-Man or Cyborg? Hell, I have no idea who the Inhumans are, and I've been a superhero fan for a decade. Some of those movies may end up being passed over in favor of the steady stream of big names.

Then again, people have been saying things like this for years, and the genre is still a juggernaut. And I also had very little idea who the GOTG were, but that was still a huge success. So there's an excellent chance I'm wrong.

I can't wait for Phase Three now! The ones I'm most excited about are Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Thor: Ragnarok and Captain Marvel. Captain Marvel will be interesting to see as it's about time we had a female-led Marvel film!

If Civil War is coming so soon, then I'm expecting stuff to get royally fucked up in Age of Ultron to create the events leading up to CA:CW.

The only problem I can see is adapting some of the more obscure characters/storylines for the general audience but, like NSZ said, if they did it with Guardians they can do it with anything.

Infinity War is going to be insane. Especially if they decide to use all the heroes they establish up until that point.

I really hope that Sony and Marvel will reach an agreement JUST THIS ONCE to include Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War. It won't be the Civil War without him. Plus, if they do include Spider-Man, it'll have to be Andrew Garfield in the role. They can't just recast the role. After all, they could bring the two universes together.

It would be a dream come true if 20th Century Fox and Marvel agreed to have Wolverine in it too. I would just explode with pure happiness.

So we have three stones left right. Wonder what movies they will introduce them. Guessing Dr Strange will probably be one of them.

Well the seeds were already being sown at the end of Winter Soldier, and it seems that it's beginning to sprout in AoU. It'll definitely come to a head in CA3, but what happens after that, and whether or not it'll bear a presence in Ant-Man, only time will tell.
Ant Man has a secret identity too right? Plus he's been in the Avengers on numerous occasions, shows and comics. It's quite safe to assume he'll take part in the Avengers at some point and with it the Civil War.

I'd be more excited if there were less of these films, honestly. They're going WAY overboard with Phase 3.

Doctor Strange could also introduce a path to a Planet Hulk film.

Just finished phase 2 my favs in order were GOTG, CAP 2, Iorn Man 3 and than Thor 2. I actually enjoyed Thor 2 more than Thor 1 personally and it was a strong showing for Phase 2 as a whole.

Can't wait for Infinity War in Phase 3 however.

Also instead of Spider Man could Ben Riley as the Scarlet Spider be in the MCU?

I really hope we at least get to see Dormanu's face in Doctor Strange. He doesn't have to be the main villian but I wanna see him.
