The Exquisite Basic Series is specifically referred to as action figures. So I would expect some articulation.
Anybody heard anything more about this?

Wow. That looks pretty good. Depending on the price, this line could have me VERY interested.

EDIT: Alleged info
26 POA
6.693 inches tall
30 inches long
$30 USD

Colour me hyped!

This is really the thing I've been waiting for a long time. Reasonable price in 6 inch action figures.

Good bye Neca!

Okay so something funny that everyone (including me, evidently) is reporting is that the figure is ~6.7" tall and 30" long. That must be a typo and it's actually 30 cm long.

BBTS seems to be able to import Hiya products though, they already posted the Godzilla and Kong statue figures, so I don't see why they won't offer these too.

Given the up charge on those for the import, I'd expect BBTS price on the articulated series to be around $45-$50.

Their statues were not my cup of tea, but I'm tempted to try getting my hands on this one. Would be nice to know if there are going to be more of these coming.

Based on the teaser image that Hiya released last February, I think it's a safe bet they're planning on a KoTM Rodan, Mothra and Ghidorah, and GvK Kong and Mechgodzilla to go with Godzilla:

It's so hard to tell, Godzilla is definitely the statue line in that shot, but Kong is not.

Statue or figure, I'm eager for Ghidorah, something to have presence in my KOTM collection since SHMA was out of my budget at the time of both releases and everything else pales.

If you're talking about the preview image, I think each figure is just a silhouette of the cgi models for the movies used on promotional stuff and boxart.

Hmm. I might upgrade my Neca Mothra and Rodan if these are decent. Although the Rodan base/stand is really cool.

And how awesome would it be if they made a proper proportioned Ghidorah?! I passed on both SHMA Ghidorahs because I just don’t like the inaccurate sculpt and all the stands needed to prop it up.

Likewise here. I care less if it's in scale, but I'll buy it if it's correctly proportioned.

Is Hiya Toys based in China? Is that why pre-orders are only in China? Because I know Amazon has sold their Alien figures.
